Each school day, our team provides free and reliable pickup from local schools and brings your child straight to our clean, state-of-the-art gym in Falls Church. Once they arrive, they’re welcomed into a positive, uplifting environment where they can unwind, refocus, and thrive.
Our program runs from school dismissal until 6:00 PM, and includes:
- Daily martial arts training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, and Wrestling
- Homework time with guidance in a quiet, focused space
- Healthy snacks to keep energy levels up
- Fun games and activities that promote teamwork, confidence, and creativity
- A flexible parent pickup window from 5:30–6:00 PM
