KIDS CLASSES

Every Tuesday and Thursday, we’re shaping tomorrow’s leaders, one round at a time! Our Kids MMA classes provide more than just martial arts skills, they’re a powerful foundation for your child’s growth mentally, physically and emotionally, both on and off the mat. Through martial arts, we instill discipline, respect, integrity, and perseverance, teaching kids not only how to defend themselves, but how to thrive in life.

Saturdays just got more exciting! Our Parents and Kids Program is the perfect way for families to bond, get active, and grow together. In this unique class, kids will receive dedicated martial arts training from our skilled instructors, while parents are training right alongside them, each group working at their own level and pace for an hour. It’s a fun and empowering experience for everyone!

While the kids are learning valuable self-defense techniques, building focus, and improving their coordination, parents will be training in parallel, sharpening their own skills, boosting fitness, and gaining confidence. This dynamic environment allows families to share the experience of growth, hard work, and achievement, strengthening both physical and emotional connections.

Our friendly, fun, and approachable instructor, Siyar Bahadurzada, creates an atmosphere that kids love! With his positive energy, personalized attention, and engaging teaching style, your child will look forward to every class. As a 4x MMA World Champion, a UFC veteran and a proud dad of two kids, Siyar Bahadurzada understands the importance of creating a safe, motivating environment where kids can grow and thrive.

We make after-school pick up easy for you! We offer free pick-up from local schools and a flexible pick-up window from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm. This way, you can pick up your child at a time that fits your schedule.

A typical of Our After-School Martial Arts Program Every day in our After-School Martial Arts Program is packed with fun, learning, and growth! Here’s what a typical day looks like for your child:

  1. Free School Pick-Up &; Arrival at the Gym Your child will be picked up directly from their school by our friendly staff, so you don’t have to worry about the hassle of school pick-ups. We ensure a safe and smooth transition to our gym, where they will be greeted with a warm welcome by Siyar Bahadurazada, our fun, friendly, and experienced instructor.
  2. Changing &; Healthy Snack Time Once they arrive, kids will have a chance to change into their comfortable training gear. After that, it’s snack time! We offer healthy snacks to fuel their bodies and keep their energy up for the rest of the day. Whether it’s a fresh fruit, yogurt, or a protein-packed treat, we make sure your child has what they need to stay energized and focused.
  3. Homework Time
    Next, it’s time to get productive! While their minds are fresh, your child will have a dedicated homework period. Our instructors are here to help, offering guidance and support in a quiet, focused environment. Your child can work on assignments, study for tests, or simply ask for help with any tricky subjects. This time helps kids stay on top of their schoolwork, so there’s no stress later in the evening.
  4. Fun Games & Physical Activity
    Once homework is wrapped up, it’s time to get moving! Our program incorporates fun, energetic games that are both entertaining and great for developing teamwork, communication, and coordination. These games help kids unwind and get ready for the next part of their day while encouraging positive interaction and healthy competition.
  5. Martial Arts Training: BJJ, Kickboxing & Wrestling
    The most exciting part of the day—martial arts training! After the games, your child will dive into various martial arts disciplines, such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Kickboxing, and Wrestling. Each discipline offers unique benefits:
    • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) teaches strategy, balance, and leverage, helping kids understand how to use their body more effectively.
    • Kickboxing is great for building strength, endurance, and focus, with a strong emphasis on coordination and flexibility.
    • Wrestling helps develop power, body control, and explosive movements, all while promoting confidence and mental toughness.

6. Pick-Up Time
After an action packed day, your child will be ready to head home, full of new skills, accomplishments, and maybe even a few fun stories to share! With our flexible pick-up window from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm, you can pick up your child at a time that works best for your schedule.
